Don't know if you're following the intellectual property legal issues for most media (divx,mp3 types and Napster/Gnotella,Scour/etc), but there are some major upheavals underway in our country and the world when it comes to licensing and mislicensing of this material via copyright, use, etc.

Doesn't SOFO create products and services that have either direct or tangential relationship to this issue?

I think that I'd steer clear of this entire area until the dust settles. It's very cloudy and there are big guns on both sides. Trillions of $$$ are at stake now, and in the future.

My personal opinion.
