get with the local zoning person...let them know your fear....insist on a safety barrier....aesthetically appealing of course. If the car slides, they may have liability. They will not want this.....you might offer 1/3 the cost to fix the problem....you don't want to risk a car hitting your kids bedroom......nope. Shootie
