Corporation, the global leader and pioneer in delivering wireless media technologies to mobile
devices, have entered into a strategic alliance calling for the creation of all-new multimedia
properties for distribution via PacketVideo's innovative technology, which includes recently developed MPEG-4 software for
distribution of video directly to the wireless space.

The first project in this new partnership will be Warner Bros. Animation's creation and production of four original animated series for
