LOS ANGELES, Aug. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Warner Bros. New Media and PacketVideo
Corporation, the global leader and pioneer in delivering wireless media technologies to mobile
devices, have entered into a strategic alliance calling for the creation of all-new multimedia
properties for distribution via PacketVideo's innovative technology, which includes recently developed MPEG-4 software for
distribution of video directly to the wireless space.

The alliance was announced today by Kevin Tsujihara, Executive Vice President, New Media, Warner Bros., James Carol, CEO and
