Pete, <We have not heard that Intel contradicts anything that Tom has said.> It's normal for Intel PR to make no comment regarding anything Tom's Hardware Guide (or any other enthusiast's web site) says. In fact, I think it's part of Intel's policy not to respond in these cases.
