I started smoking when I was 13. By the time I got into college I was up to an average of 3 packs a day. Helped keep me awake at night when working or studying. I was a chain smoker. I was miserable for about two months when I quit cold turkey at age 24. I have never been back but I do sneak an occasional cigar. I still miss the butts sometimes when I've had a couple of Wild Turkeys or after a really good meal. I know how hard it is. The bad behaviors are always the most difficult to break. Good luck. JLA
