You hit the nail on the head there. Cramer writes almost completely meaningless drivel.

The I-nets are entering the J curve. In a venture capital fund the J curve refers to the way the value of the entire fund goes down before it goes up. The reason this happens is because the investments that will fail, will fail before the ones that will succeed start to pay off. The whole dot com universe is just now starting to enter that dip in the J.
