You misinterpret. I agree with you 101% that customer service is VITAL.

What is undeniable though is that CEO's of most companies these days place a high importance that all spending is of the $$$ generating kind.

Regretably there are a lot of companies out there where logic is not followed and less $$$ are spent on service than would be ideal.

Businesses are never happy to shell out expense type spending, but they do need to do it. This leads to the projections for this industry segment always being too optimistic.

301% growth is easy, when basically zero money was spent in this sector 3 years ago. It will quickly level off though.

If a recession hits, as a result of AG's aggressive rate hikes and I think it will, the first type of spending to be reduced will be this type.

Even at these prices, KANA is way too high!
