AMD really sank through its SOX today.

It must be a late reaction to the 1.13 Ghz P3 of smaller private investors.
You would expect everybody to know this weeks in advance. Pity them, they sold at 67...
I saw mostly small trades and a few really big ones (100,000..130,000)
I did not see much of those typical size ~10,700 asks which seem to indicate sales of some institutes.

At the contrary: If you look at Thomson I watch (I from institute) then you see nothing but heavy
institutional buying all day long! Yes it were those small private investors. They read their morning
paper, started thinking, panicked, and sold...
Poor guys.

"Their shares now rest in peace and are in the save hands of the holy institute"

I guess that AMD will align back with SOX in the coming few days.
