As I recall, Greenspan began lowering rates several years ago to help minimize the effects of the 1997 asian economic crises. If this is about to happen again, is it also possible he will revisit the same policy? In fact, if a weaker U.S. Dollar would help, would it not also be good to have a bit of inflation in our economy? Just some conjecture.
