I have begun using the 950 as a pocket scanner for making copies of documents. The Coolpix 950 is 2.11 mp right? I've gotta try this. How's the legibility with a document? I'm trying to justify getting a digital camera, but so far I haven't come up with enough good reasons to have one How 'bout: 1) You are long in SNDK and need something to use your stockpile of CF cards. 2) You hate paying for bad pictures 3) You hate it when everyone says "Oh, that's a great picture, can you make a copy and send it to me?" because that means you have to do #4... 4) You're tired of having to drive to the drugstore/grocery store/Costco/One-hour Photo place/etc. to drop off your pictures. 5) You are running out of room to store all those gradually deteriorating negatives and slides of your old vacations. 6) You are an environmentalist, and you are against the use of all the toxic chemicals involved in film-based photo processing. 7) You want to take naked pictures of your boyfriend but don't want everyone at the lab to see them. (g) The list goes on and on... Man, it's hot today!
