Just like a decaying oscillation, the market will need to time to come back to the norm which is the trend before the blow off, that's what we are in now. So bear market rallies that fail, till the excess is worked off. Now if the trend is violated and the lows too, then something worse has happen. Let's not talk about that. Greg
