Tom, I agree. I am trying to be optimistic, however without even a hint of the financial details of the deal, (irregular in releases of this sort), compounded by the fact that Pierre has not provided any statement to shareholders regarding this vast decline in value, and finally, seeing no insider buying which leads me to believe that Mr. Narath and others are not highly supportive of the stock at the current levels, it is truly difficult to remain positive. Yet, I must. Am hoping for a through update by DC Express in the August newsletter, as I know Dave has a tremendous holding in this position as well. Hanging in there for better days...hopefully... Gordon
