FYI DR. Michel Fattouche sold 40,700 shares between 5/29/00 - 6/8/00 for a total transaction amount of $1,289,635.00 There is no record of Dr. Hatim Zaghloul selling any shares to this date. SurfForWealth and everyone who sent me a PM last week regarding the Insider Trading Report - I finally figured out smallcapcenter.com new format. Go to www.smallcapcenter.com and click on the TOOLS button near the top of the page. Than click on the INSIDER TRADING SEARCH button down the left column. Type in T.WIN in the stock symbol box and leave all the other boxes blank. This will give a complete Insider Trading Report for Wi-LAN or any other stock symbol you type in. regards Howard
