You may be delusional. IBM has pretty much outlined that their entire Linux intent is to reap the free stuff and port it to their anti-Linux Monterey. Sorry to burst that bubble. The IBM engineers are social and that corporation's intent is to skim the community. --- Thomas, BSD is more robust than Linux. It has a better TCP/IP stack. It's older. It's more free. It's Unix. You should know this. --- That doesn't take anything away from Linux. Linux is more malable, more multi-purpose. --- BSD *is* somewhat more secure at the kernel. Any of the BSDs are more secure out of the box than any of the Linux distros. It's better for servers. Yahoo runs it for a reason (obviously not ease of installation). -JCJ
