Try vicodin(sp). Love the stuff. It works for Brett Favre it's good enough for me!

Seriously your pain will only be somewhat bad for the first day and will get better by the hour. After the 6th martini I didn't feel a thing:)

PS I was serious about vicodin as it really took the edge off with no ill effects.
