Mindready Solutions Inc. Acquires UK-Based Test
Engineering Firm CCS Electronics (UK) Limited

Mindready consolidates UK operations related to Nortel, Paignton
Mindready Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of nurun Inc., announced
today it has acquired CCS ELECTRONICS (UK) LIMITED ("CCS"), a
UK-based test engineering company. CCS will join forces with
Mindready to consolidate its UK operations center. CCS employs 53
engineers and technicians. The transaction has been made in
consideration of cash.
CCS designs and assembles test stations and provides calibration
and alignment systems for opto-electronic devices. CCS activities
will be integrated with those of Mindready Solutions UK Ltd. in
order to complement existing UK-based operations including
recently acquired Andrew Duncan Associates Limited (ADA), bringing
the total amount of current Mindready Solutions UK Ltd. employees
to 72.

consolidation strategy to better serve our key customers such as
Nortel Networks, but will also allow our UK operations center to
rapidly reach a critical mass. Indeed, CCS UK specific expertise
will very nicely complement our current UK operations, more

important milestone in our aggressive growth strategy and that
this transaction will have a significant impact on our revenues
