Interestingly enough, I just looked at the SI of an ipo which is being floated by Goldman Sacks. called equinix. based on their proposed equity price. equinix which to me looks like it is in a similar business to Madge.net will have a market cap of around $850MM at the ipo price. Madgf current market cap is right around $120MM, which is probably less than the funds put into madge net so far. I don't know when the stock will rebound only that its cheap and its not going out of business anytime soon.
