Signalsoft IPO this week (SGSF) looks like it might be somewhat overlooked. Not mentioned in any of the IPO preview articles except for the one on TheStreet.com. Expected to price between $15 and $17 so with 22,790,000 outstanding shares a price of $16 gives this a market cap of $354 million. So it's up to you to guess what sort of market cap this could garner, and given that target, whether it will be worth buying some SGSF when it starts trading.
