Well, this is interesting. Apparently the "410 Desaulniers, Saint Lambert, QC J0H 1N0" is either a multiple density dwelling (for example, an apartment house) or possibly a mail drop. I lean towards the apartment house.
I found all of these people whose listed telephone numbers trace to the same address. I won't repeat all of the information on them because they likely have nothing to do with HITT other than being neighbors of P. Blouin. And remember, these would only be the publicly listed people. There may be more residents who have opted not to be listed.

And, interestingly enough, the web site manufacture-canada.com appears to have been created/modified just today (August 1), likely to coincide with the HITT announcement, so that they could include the HITT logo on the web page. If you do a "show source" on the web page, you can see that apparently the background design is an "off the shelf" design available from c2.thecounter.com (or thecounter.com ) which itself appears to be a web hosting site based in Darien, CT.
