Gary-- Re: It's up to you to decide if you believe that and it's up to Intel to find out what's the reason behind those buggy parts. But no I Tom Pabst is not going to send you back the one I have which failed.

Given the extensive smear campaign emabarked upon by Ru Paul and friends, I think Tom is wise to keep his 1.13a very close for now. It is quite clear that the cult of Intel revels in character and reputation assassination. If there actually is a bug, this won't matter. But, if the problem turns out to be shoddy and rushed one-upmanship leading to the sending of a defective part, Intel will do its damndest to make Tom, rather than itself, look dumb.
