Not shorting anything. I'm very long on deep value stocks. The ones with single digit P/E, high earnings and dividends. Like TEX, ACK, CUM, ARM, ADPT, COHU, HDD, MXTR, FMO, etc....
I'm hoping the demise of idiot stocks and bankruptcy of the new economy greater fools would restore sanity to stock prices, and wealth to us long-suffering value investors.
It would also put back into the labor force about 8 million daytraders. As you might know, some posters here had announced their retirement from their day jobs to live off their stock market winnings. That was when the mania was in full swing. Some might be ready to come out of retirement just about now.
I'm still waiting for my ship to come in, so that I too could live a life of luxury and dissipation. But so far, no luck. |
