The way I see it, Intel has shown they are willing to stoop to low levels to release faster processors. If they will go as low as they have to release the 1.13GHz PIII, there is no telling how low they will go with a potentially faster PIII.

Maybe a 1.2GHz PIII will require a peltier cooling unit!
