Now that the issue of my "voice" or other transmission is settled, I will tell you that to my knowledge I have never spoken to any member of the RB Ants boards. This is limited by those posters whose true identities are known to me. It is my opinion from reviewing recent rulings vis a vis litigants raising SLAPP as a defense that you are unlikely to prevail.
