LONDON and PITTSBURGH, Aug. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Marconi (LONDON: MNI) and CrossKeys Systems
Corporation (Nasdaq: CKEY - news; TSE: CKY - news) today announced they are working together to
provide service providers worldwide with the tools they need to measure and guarantee quality of service
(QoS) - an essential requirement for the delivery of mission-critical services.

Under the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement, Marconi will incorporate CrossKeys
Resolve® software into Marconi's new ServiceOn Accord - providing an effective service level agreement
(SLA) solution to service providers worldwide. CrossKeys Resolve portfolio enables service providers to
measure and guarantee the quality of telecom service they extend to their customers. If service issues are
identified, CrossKeys software can drill down into network operations to locate the source of the problem
and indicate how to fix it.

services.
