Hey HAQI........why don't you talk about the budget surplus this presidency created as opposed to Reagan's huge deficit created by illadvised economic policies.........as far as the congress, Clinton could have vetoed every republican act and the democrats in congress would have stifled all the republican plans........why don't you give Clinton credit for not vetoing all those bills.........as far as the Bushes are concerned "read my lips".......what you think is altruism is nothing more than dirty pool.
