From looking at the tape, I think $4.00 may be a coincidence of:

1) A slow trading day,

2) A thin market,

3) A seller of 100 or 1000 or possibly 6000 shares scared by WSP trading at the De Beers offer price placing a sell at market order and getting taken out by a standing offer to buy at $4.00.

Or something could be up. But there isn't any news I can find at SW.
