That's the private placement that was announced in June, to raise funds for future work. It was one of the conditions that DeBeer's had listed, they wanted it stopped. I'm wondering if this is in response to them, or if a White Knight is showing some interest, but also wants that removed.

edit: Now the theory is coming up that because the share price is much higher than in June, that a new placement could be done at a higher price, resulting in less dilution for the same $ received to the company's coffers.
