nice article on exfo in today's IBD. pointed out that Laval University is near EXFO's headquarter in Quebec where EXFO gets its optics brainpower from (something like half optics PhDs are graduates of Laval). The weakness is that CEO owns 81% of the shares and at some point he has to distribute his shares as employee stock options. Hope he's wise enough to do that.
