NASD volume indicates perhaps 3200 is around the corner. Institutions are still bailing out of Tech, and some Bio's for defensive plays and cash. Currently short HOMS, ASF. Just cannot see any reason to hold longs going into friday. HAL, and other drillers are breaking-out but also look over extended with oil heading back to 29-30 BBL.
