Larry: You have to understand that anybody who would be considering putting together a bid involving several hundred million dollars, the last thing he's got time for is waiting and watching. The time involved in analysis, Director's meetings, lawyer's meetings, banker's meetings etc , etc, etc. is absolutely ginormous. As I said already somewhere you can't just scribble it out on the back of an envelope and ask somebody to type it. It takes a task force of people to process it and there's never enough time, particularly when the data keeps coming in and changing the picture. The fact that there has not been a competing presentation yet has absolutely no significance at all . The work expands to meet the time available for it to be done.
