UIS showed excellent strength today on another declining tech day. The amount of bid orders at 10 3/8 was very large and never got filled. That shows good support. The volumn has gotten greater and greater this week which shows renewed interest. Now all we need is some whiff of good news or high-level recommendations to get find a new higher base. I'd say it should be in the 14-15 range. We'd still only have an 11 PE then which is the same as CPRW now.
