Bohdan, I got the same impressions & knew there was something amiss with the DMW deal. I knew they had been talking to DMW right along but could never get any details. I don't blame anyone for that. I just wondered why they did not JV or something long ago. I do think they will "increase share holder value" & there is opportunity..... Later......j
