Franz...wow, where to begin. First of all, 15% sequential growth is EXTRAORDINARY. 99% of the companies out there would die for that kind of momentum. At 15% sequential growth revenues or earnings or whatever you are measuring doubles in less than five quarters. How can this be bad?

Hi Brightness (HB) LEDS sell for a higher price and have higher margins that standard LEDS. That fact that CREE has moved up the mix to more and more HB is good news, not bad.

Frankly, the only news in the conference call which was mildly negative had to do with some concerns about the 3 inch wafer yields. Hey, 2 inch have produced the earnings until now and can do much more when more production square footage is brought on line later this year.

Comments on margins was not negative. Very strong. CEOs always give you the softest interpretation of where things will stand in the future. Hunters outlook for 55 to 65% earnings growth means you can bank on more than that. If new product sales hit, much more I think.

Listen to the conference call and listen to the tone of the voices of the speakers. These folks are excited and confident.
