Just discovered the thread.
Since it is long (13,000+),
can someone point me to
interesting rules, policies,
modeling, summaries, pithy
tutorials, mechanics
and such?

I'm interesting in introductory information,
answers to simple questions,
like: if you write calls,
what are the market dynamics
for producing a buyer,
and what are the obligations
of the clearing corporation?
I've looked at CBOE introductory stuff
in the past, but long since forgotten...

I've sometimes looked at CBOE option
quotations, and seen remarkable discontinuities
in certain options, which do not seem
to track the pricing of the surrounding,
similarly priced options.
For me, there is much to learn...

Thanks.

George
