You forgot to mention this - CNC guaranteeing loans totalling 575.8 million to directors & officers so that they can buy 19 million shares of CNC stock at an average price of $30. As if this wasn't enough, CNC went on to provide loans of 55 MM to the participants so that they can cover their interest payments. Did the WSJ ad really cost $400,000 ? Regards, Rajiv
