They cut the dividend in half. So the yield is around 5%. IMO, the management, which has been in place for a couple of years has now decided that they can grow earnings when they haven't been able to even stabilize them in the past. The second shoe to drop will be the other half of the dividend. That's my 2 cents anyway.
