On paper INTC is not a commodity house. They have an unusual degree
of control over the timing and introduction of new products. They
have made the price of entry into the x86 market awfully steep. You
could argue that in microcontrollers and motherboards the are moving
to commodity type businesses. The big question for me is what their
earnings will be this quarter. That will be a huge indicator. I predict
$1.15-$1.25. Oh, the other kicker is the availability of 32 bit
software to exploit the P6 which is a screamer. If everything falls
into place this summer, Intel should have a $1.50 third quarter.
