Calling this an "application center" seems like a misnomer to me, if I am reading the PR correctly. It looks more like a system management tool, or something.

There is a large opportunity in enterprise software for a backoffice side to the ariba and commerce one exchanges, involving a workflow piece and adapters into the ERPs with transaction management of some kind, this product from msft is NOT that. This looks like it, but it isn't, I wonder if its deliberate?
