I am interested to know if anyone has up to date information on the official status of SilkRoad. There has been no communication from anyone associated with the company for quite some time. Searches of bankruptcy records in both California and Delaware have yielded nothing. Have heard nothing specific about legal actions against either the latest management team or the former management group. Just seeking information at this point... and some closure to a bad situation.
