<font color=red>Softbank Inv buys stake in Softbank Asia Net-Trans Fund Softbank Investment International (Strategic) Limited said it has acquired 600,000 shares at a subscription price of US$10 each (HK$78) in Softbank Asia Net-Trans Fund for US$6 million on August 1. The shares represented about 17 pct to the issued share capital of the fund. The amount is payable in three instalments of which the first instalment at US$4 per share is payable by August 5.
