Wally and MGJ,

Oh yeah? Well, perhaps I should not be so boisterous but the following on the housing numbers was taken from Mr. Moto's latest newsletter:

"F.W. Dodge on Friday reported, 'It's true that higher mortgage rates are now contributing to a slowdown for single family housing, but the slack is being picked up by increases for nonresidential building and public works. As a result, 2000 is shaping up as another very healthy year for the construction industry, with a slightly different mix by structure type than what occurred in 1999.' - Market News International"
