I don't believe that I claimed that everyone can do the self install. A number of homes and apartments are already cabled up properly or will have a very simple install. It is clear that you will require a truck roll if you need additional work on your cable installation. That does not mean that everyone has a situation similar to yours. you assume everyone can figure out how to put cable in their homes
