SbH, the next peak in yearly shipments of DRAM is forecasted by Dataquest to be about $70 B (I doubt this will be reached), if you takes $40 B as Dram sales peak (which believe to be more "rational"), 1% royalties, and assume that DRAM is about 60% of total royalties, and assume a tax rate of 40%, you get to about $400 MM bottom line or about $4 a share. IMHO, these are "best case" assumptions, it covers the whole Dram market and assumes quite a lot of non dram applications. Thus my comment few weeks back that $100 is a "quite fair" valuation, I also noted then that stock will go to overvaluation when momentum and short covering play a role.
