Let's think about this for a moment. You would buy Amazon but you do not want to buy it due to all that debt. What caused Amazon's fundamentals to be so bad? Meaning why so much debt?

If the firm is good and you are bulling, then that is fine. If the firm has created more debt with which you are comfortable, then you do not like to be long the stock.

Let's get a handle on this. Amazon is not a religion. It is a stock and you are stating clearly you do not like the balance sheet. However, people that are bearish on Amazon don't have a clue??? You sure got me on that one.
