Financial terms weren't disclosed.

In a press release Wednesday, Impco said under the contracts, which began in 1993, it will make fuel
systems which operate on natural gas and propane and meet reduced emission goals.

The vehicles will be developed at a Lake Forest, Calif., facility and manufactured in Detroit.

Impco, which makes fuel systems, had 1999 revenue of $112.8 million. Its shares recently traded up 2 1/2, or 10.6%, at 26 on Nasdaq volume of 214,200 shares. Average daily volume is 107,814 shares.
