<Every single person I know will gladly pay a few hundred dollars more for performance. Remember, the computer is now more than just a place to play games. With all the downloads stock quotes, music, games, chat sites and many many many more. Memory is king and is a must.>

Read first what you write: computer is not just games
but ... games! Your "chats sites" are particularly
impressive from the memory requirement standpoint...
You guys are simply pathetic and pathologic dummies.

Ever heard of laws of conservation in nature?
That something cannot be gained from nothing?
The underlying memory is still the same, governed
by the same physics and technology! No matter which
interface you solder on the top of it, you can't
get any more for nothing. Understand? All memories,
including DDR, are basically the same, and perform
about the same. Rambus is just twice as expensive,
just because it wants to push the same data
through fewer wires, which raises manufacturing
and testing requirements and therefore the cost.
So, you are paying more for nothing, or even for
less.

Bye, I pity you.
