cent - we've been on the board for a while - if banetv is eb (earnest- spell his name right at least ) I am very concerned about his conduct on this board over the last several months. If it's not true, then one of the squad needs to positively refute it - he would certainly be considered an insider - wouldn't he? the connection you seek can be found in some of the SEC fillings for Autologous Wound Therapy, which btw I found out *is* under investigation by the AR securities administration for issues surrounding issuing unregistered stock to AR residents. There is a filing that says that EB is the president of KAB - KAB just recently had 73,000 shares listed in the S3 by OSE. You have to dig a bit harder for HA links, but the recent deluge of bashers seem to have some of their crap straight although who knows if any of their allegations against these 2 have any merit. Look through the filings for Jet Aviation Trading, Silver King Resources (which btw has a joint vention with Intl Capri Resources). The same names continue to surface, FAC, Millworth, IP Services. Apparently this HA's father is a bigwig in the investment community - invented some technical analysis or something. I would like to believe you when you say that these guys were part of OSE's past and not their future, but if the banetv=EB connection is true, then he's just been trading on the open market, probably from off shore accounts
I've said it before i'll say it again - i believe in OSE's mission - I believe in some of their people - I have a pretty good stake (which will be severely diminished June 1) in the co and really wish the stock to increase in value. I will not sell any time soon.
However I am very concerned about some of what's been brought up and I would hate to believe there's any truth to it. If I were not able to find any facts to back them up, then I would dismiss them all. Cent - you have been mostly objective since you've joined the board. I really hope your involvement is as innocent as what you say it is. AS for ose-history - spewing your crap all over this board will hurt no-one but you. Not enough people read this board to have any impact on the performance of the stock. If these guys *can* track you down, and since you've said so much I assume they know who you are, I fear for your well being. I just wonder - you sound like the odd man out - like if you'd received your money every thing else would have been ok - which makes you no better than what you're accusing them of being. Whether or not your accusations have any merit, I don't know. I don't feel like calling the NASD either. Sounds like you're the one with the problem - you call them.

Ernest Bartlett or Howard Appel? You sure seem to know a lot about their stocks? ICQ, NETV, OSE? All are stocks that they are involved with. You
didn't mention VDC, why? Eastwind or Air Florida? The fact that Howard Appel works closely with Lancer Group and that he is involved in certain areas
that I don't want to mention here. I own stock in OSE and I hope it goes through the roof, but if you are going to talk so much about your knowledge of
Lancer, then you should extrapolate about your connection with Mr. Appel (a known stock manipulator who has been censored by the SEC on 10 different
counts). I don't mean to piss on anyone's parade, but I just want to mention the whole story and not just parts. I am willing to say more if you are
interested, but I would like to know how you are so knowledgable with ICQ, NETV, and OSE without being so close to Howard Appel......
I am not trying to discredit you by any means, but I really wish you hadn't mentioned ICQ or NETV because now I know that you are part of that group
which I have very little respect for. Sorry for the slam, but I call them like I see them and I have known those two guys for longer than I care to admit. I
hope you haven't been burned by them (which I doubt or you wouldn't mention their stocks). I hope OSE goes through the roof by the way...

If you follow these posts you know I never discuss individuals names(not even the ones that tried to destroy OSE),the only time funds are mentioned is
when they are brought to the attention of the board by public record.All I can say is I do know them and can tell you that who or what is supposedly
involved with a stock has no bearing as to what is discussed on this board. You may notice I have taken as much time on other stocks as the ones you have
selected and I will repeat I think NETV is as good as any investment in the internet sector.Back Monday night or early afternoon.

What are the connections? I've assumed that Howard was the Philadelphia character scathingly referred to by earlier posters. I have become convinced that
BA's recommendations(please correct me if I'm wrong)are tangential or coincidental to earlier connections between OSE and NETV. I tip my hat to him,
