What Scott reported was not wrong. The reaction was. A few months ago prices for semi equips got ahead of the results: they were priced to perfection. The real business world is seldom perfect.

The interview was two weeks ago. Either he was lying or business has taken a sudden turn for the worse...certainly the KLIC stock has not been priced for perfection during the past two weeks.

Blame fluctuations in stock prices on those most responsible, the investors. Yes, Kulicke helped investors think nice thoughts but what do you expect - he was able to sell tons of stock when investors were bouncing off the walls in fantasy land. You should have sold when he did.

I blame fluctuations of stock prices on the funds....at least with a company that has a daily float in the millions like AMD. Apparently the funds have decided that the semi cycle is ending in six to 9 mos. That was not my understanding or read of the situation, and I thought it would not stick. That's why I did not sell two weeks ago or whenever you think Kulicke sold his shares. I thought the SSB call was premature. But like many things, it is becoming self fulfilling. As a consequence I may have made a very bad call and lost a lot of profits. That upsets me a great deal.

So I would appreciate it if you were not so flip with your comments.

TIA.
