Anyone care to comment on the plethora of class action suits? siliconinvestor.com My feeling is that only the lawyers win here. I participated in a class action suit against ANCR. It was too easy actually, just filled out a form and had our signatures notarized, and sent them in. The reward, however, was a joke for 2 reasons... 1) it amounted to less than 2% of the determined investment loss, and 2) the stock hit $94, and I'm sure many (as did I) of the participants made tons of money. I just hope we all enjoy the same fate with VARLE! Mark
