Glad you care! I do follow KSU somewhat but am more attracted to TMM as it represents a better value in my opinion. TMM has extremely attractive other assets besides TFM which are earning very attractive returns. TMM has less debt than KSU now and the main negative for KSU is its US rail operations. The greatest asset by far in KSU is TFM and if KSU no longer remains independent, it will be because of its TFM/TEXMEX assets. And of course and perhaps most importantly, TMM has majority control of this wonderful and critical north-south rail link, the TFM and TEXMEX. I'm glad that someone else is interested in this diamond in the rough.
